Leading financial institution has an opportunity for Manager Business Analyst to be responsible for the management of resources and functional activity for a range of business and technology projects.
Reporting into senior management the responsibilities of the role will include: determination of all operational and system requirements for the onboarding of new business; working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure strategy and processes are defined and optimized within the business; for the building and management of BA teams across London and Dublin; for the identification of process improvements and management of all deliverables; participation at a senior level to identify business development and cross-selling initiatives; provide assistance to the business in preparation of budgets, team plans and objectives ensuring that SLA's are met; maintaining a strong awareness of compliance and internal procedures to ensure that all issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a BA manager from a financial services environment with solid experience of the software development lifecycle (to include software testing and defect management)
Product knowledge required is across the entire range of fixed income to include derivatives
Additionally, strong analytical/documentation skills are essential along with the proven ability to communicate effectively with both clients and senior management.
